They have also supported acts such as The Rubens, Ocean Alley, Winston Surfshirt and Birds of Tokyo.
The Sea Gypsies’ debut album “Movements” in 2019 fused rock, blues, soul, and surf rock, earning widespread acclaim for its infectious melodies and powerful vocals. Their dynamic live shows have built a reputation for getting audiences up and dancing, with fans eagerly anticipating their performances at music festivals and venues across Australia.
The band explores contemporary rock’s softer undertones while maintaining a connection to their coastal roots through their surf rock-inspired sound.
2023 promises to be a big year for the Sea Gypsies with new album to be released later in the year along with a launch tour.
